R&Bs this week and next

THIS WEEK:  Feature rarity will be the 2005 self-titled album by Belgian band TANTRA, variously described as “trance folk” and “world fusion”, with unusual instrumentation including didgeridoo.   Also new music from OYSTERBAND, relatively new music from THE OWL SERVICE and NATALIE MERCHANT – and plenty more, of course.

NEXT WEEK:  In a word – busy!  A live interview and maybe live to air music from KELLY BREUER (SA) on the launch of her new single with THE BROUHAHA, and quite possibly joined by Qld support act BART THRUPP.  The single launch is at the Grace Emily on November 1.

Also, yet to be confirmed which actual member, but the chances are good there will be a pre-recorded interview with a member of legendary Scottish band THE BATTLEFIELD BAND to play as well!  They will be playing at the Governor Hindmarsh on November 6.

Not bad, eh?
