ARTISTS ANNOUNCED FOR 2013 FLEURIEU FOLK FESTIVAL
One of Australia’s most acclaimed troubadours Jordie Lane (pictured) heads a stellar line up of artists announced for the 2013 Fleurieu Folk Festival. Lane joins 60 local, national and international acts booked to perform at South Australia’s premier folk festival to be held at Willunga on October 25-27.
They include Canadian singer songwriter Old Man Luedecke, The Seals from West Australia, Siskin River from New South Wales and a strong Victorian contingent including Richard Perso and Danny Spooner as well as South Australian favourites The Borderers and Chris Finnen.
The festival will once again feature a strong representation of young and emerging performers, including The Mae Trio – winners of the 2013 Folk Alliance Australia National Youth Showcase ‐ as well as other festival favourites.
